a little about us

  • we're a traumagenic, polyfragmented system with DID. we were diagnosed several years back, and have spent a long time in therapy doing work wrt system stuff! that helps with ease of communication, which is how we got most of the info about headmates.

  • we greatly prefer 'headmates' to alters. (sometimes we use 'parts'/'fragments' at our jurisdiction to describe specific "single-use" headmates.)

  • our body is: over 21, white, disabled, autistic, adhd

who's in there?

  • (this is not a complete list of headmates, we don’t list everyone publicly because there’s quite a lot of us + we don’t really want/need to give EVERYONE that information. this is pretty much just, whoever had an active interest in being listed and/or people potentially following their dedicated sideblogs.)

  • we don’t have control over who or what we introject, and plenty of our introjects have very sour feelings over their source media. we’d like to politely ask you don’t assume that someone being here = us loving their source media and thinking it’s awesome and unproblematic.

  • the kris splits: in march 2022, our host kris (who'd formerly used the names ez/ezekiel and charlie) split. that person doesn't exist anymore, and we refer to him as "old kris." the kris splits (charlotte, liz, baja blast) retain all of old kris' memories. we don't really consider friendships or memories interrupted there's just... more kris now.

  • we're a traumagenic, polyfragmented multiple system with DID. we've got a vivid headspace. that helps with ease of communication, which is how we got most of this info about headmates.

  • our main fronters change a lot. this page is barely organized beyond "people who front frequently are sort of at the top".
